THE BRAND

Cottonfields story begins in the northern part of Denmark in the countryside not far from the sea. Inspired by the connection between clothing and Scandinavian weather, one orange down jacket became the talk of the Copenhagen International Fashion Fair back in  the 80`ties  

Officially launched by Carli Gry International A/S, Cottonfield was seen as a new alternative to colourful, comfortable, informal menswear.

Since then, Cottonfield has expanded its product portfolio and increased its exposure to becoming an international brand.

Cottonfield retains its Scandinavian roots, as part of IC Companys A/S, with its headquarters based in Copenhagen.

FACTS
The brand has created an image with international appeal, while at the same time keeping a high level of brand awareness and loyalty in our local markets. Cottonfield was established in 1986 in Denmark and is now active in 21 countries.

Cottonfield draws its inspiration from the casual heritage of authentic classics. The styles are developed with consistency in mind but with attention to creative innovation.

The design is informal and casual. Our special vintage wash adds authenticity to the look that is essential to the Cottonfield DNA and with a strong focus on new details, the outcome is contemporary masculine  products.

Comfort is crucial in both fabrics and the fit.  Natural fabrics form the foundation for our styles where structured materials and finishings are a part of our identity.
